The cuvée that gives life to this Millesimato represents, more than any other sparkling wine from our winery, the perfect synthesis of the agronomic practices carried out on Chardonnay clones. A blend made from the best harvests: the plants from the oldest vineyards and from the same vintage are selected, all vines characterised by different genetic profiles and grown with different training systems, this with the aim of making a complex Metodo Classico Millesimato, both from a technical and sensory point of view and also distinguished by a wide variability in maturation times
