The promotion of native vines through the rediscovery of ancient biotypes, the use of clone selections and the choice of the most suitable soils have always been the basic elements of our work as winemakers. Inzolia Rosa is an example of this: an ancient biotype of Calabrese that has always been cultivated on these hills which, thanks to the perfect blend with Chardonnay, gives life to this Metodo Classico rosé characterised by an interesting acidic profile and pleasant bouquet.
